by Steven J. Horowitz Rick Ross has won a lawsuit originally filed by "Freeway" Rick Ross over use of the name. According to TMZ, an LA County Superior Court judge tossed the case, claiming that "Freeway" Rick Ross had no ownership over the moniker.
